FROM CELLAR-TO-TABLE: A JOURNEY AMONG HISTORY AND FLAVORS
Together we will visit the production cellar, the Antica Bottaia inside the ancient underground tunnel and the Zoli di Predappio historical archive, a collection of 1,000 bottles produced in our area from 1905 to 1970.
The tour continues with a visit to the wonderful eighteenth-century villa, also named the House of the 100 windows. Then we will guide you in a tasting of 3 wines, accompanied by bread and extra virgin olive oil of our production and typical local products, such as the cured meats of the Zavoli Company and the cheeses of the il Sasso Dairy.
